You are the focus
Don't try to "go it alone"
You need compassionate support navigating this journey. You should be empowered to make decisions and create plans that align with your values, so you may focus on what matters most to you.
Lean on me - really
As my mentor says, “Most suffering happens in the time after treatment stops working and before someone is referred to hospice.” This is “the in-between time,” when you need guidance and support that isn’t offered through medical practices.
Let's make a solid plan
We will develop a Peace of Mind Plan to achieve the best quality of life through supportive care that meets your individual needs. We will also get things organized to allow you to focus vs moving from crisis to crisis.
If this sounds like something you or a loved one needs, call/text (214)293-9079, or email dallaseolcoach@yahoo.com

Peace of Mind Planning for any stage of life
While most of my work is focused on working with families navigating advanced illness, and/or the advanced age of a loved one, I also work with vibrant adults who want to plan ahead and create an Aging Well Plan.
Life Coach/Aging Well Planning
Here we look forward and plan how you would like your life to be as you go into retirement and beyond. Who will care for you as you age, where will you live as you age and needs change, what quality of life decisions are important to you, and do you have the finances to make those dreams come true?
This is about making a plan before you are in crisis mode due to an unexpected illness, an accident, or have sailed into old age just winging it.
Care Consulting & Planning
Here we explore what is most important to you and your loved ones. We find the resources to provide the best quality of life, and make decisions for the future, so no one is moving from crisis to crisis without a plan.
Communication is key during this time, and I can facilitate understanding within the family and with your outside care team.
I can be there to support the family through the whole journey, and be there at the end to facilitate the end of life experience your loved one desires.
Community Education
In addition to my work with clients, I also provide community education and consult with organizations about the realities of end of life.
We explore how open communication and planning ahead eases anxiety and stress, so people can focus on what matters most to them and truly live until the very last day.
